Bob Woodman Tires

Bob Woodman Tires will be providing trackside tire service at this event. Hoosier, Yokohama, and Toyo tires, as well as Pirelli for all open-tire rule classes, will be available at the track. Mounting and balancing, as well as technical support, will be provided. Please email us as soon as possible to reserve tires for this event. Note that there is no obligation to purchase tires you have reserved; this is simply to ensure that we have your sizes and compounds. We will also have extra inventory available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Bob Woodman Tires is dedicated solely to motorsport wheels and tires, and with that comes an unsurpassed level of expertise. We have actively supported PCA club racing for 20 years. We take pride in providing the best possible service to both our new and longstanding customers.

Winding Road

Winding Road will be on-site at the event providing safety gear and supplies.

WindingRoadRacing.com is an Austin, Texas based race gear and race style store. Our goal is to supply "what racers need to go faster." While we sell primarily through our website, race gear can be a daunting purchase for some buyers, especially new racers. We pride ourselves on personal service by providing in store support for local shoppers and live chat/toll-free phone support for all other customers to help ensure they are satisfied with their purchases.

We carry the gear racers need at the track (helmets, race suits, gloves, shoes, action cameras, trailer accessories and much more) as well as lifestyle items (CT Scuderia watches, apparel, books, cameras, etc.). Some manufacturers we carry: MOMO, Alpinestars, OMP, Bell Racing, Stilo and Arai.

Golf Cart Rental

KC Golf Cart Company is the official golf cart provider for Circuit of The Americas. To reserve a golf cart for this event please visit their website at www.kcgolfcartco.com. You will find the Porsche Club of America event under the reservation tab. Reservations must be completed and paid for prior to the event in order to guarantee a cart will be available. The golf carts will be ready for pick-up on the load-in day. The carts will need to be returned no later than 5pm on the last day of the event. Please provide a drivers license and a credit card for incidentals when picking up your golf cart. All golf carts will be gas powered with headlights and a roof. Fuel

There will be fuel at COTA.

  1. COTA plans to sell to Premium 93 Unleaded at the fuel pumps between the two Paddocks. Credit or Debit Cards only.
  2. VP Fuel will sell race gas at the same location. VP will have 101 unleaded, 109 unleaded, 110 leaded and C12 leaded. If you want a fuel other than one of the four listed, please email Brad at vphq@vpracingfuels.com.

In addition, participants may bring their own fuel in 5 gallon containers (COTA prohibits the refueling of cars inside the garages).

Also, there is a Exxon gas station just to the east of the main entrance to COTA on Highway 81.

VP Fuels' sales of race fuel will be on a cash-only basis. VP Fuels will not accept credit cards. There is an ATM machine on-site at COTA, located in the lobby of the Media Center Building. However, because race fuel sales will be made on a cash-only basis we advise that you plan accordingly.

VP Fuels plans to arrive at COTA on the load-in day. In order to avoid a "rush" on Friday morning, we strongly recommend that you purchase race fuel on Thursday afternoon. No fuel will be available from VP on Sunday.

Disposal and Recycling

COTA has trash and recycling recepticle bins at various locations in the paddocks and collection facilities for used fluids and waste materials. Participants are required to make use of these for all waste materials. Spills of damage causing fluids such as oils, hydraulic and brake fluid and gasoline etc. may occur. All spills must be treated immediately. Please contact one of our PCA Yellow-Shirted Paddock Marshals immediately in the event of a spill.

Garage Information

Grand Prix Garage Information: Garages are available for rent on the Registration site.

Garages are 20 feet wide x 65 feet long (or 6 meters x 20 meters). Garages are equipped with 120v outlets, 220v, 30 amps, 60Hz. Private bathrooms, Epoxy floors. Compressed air hookup (no hoses). Double automatic lifting garage doors.

Garages have space for up to 6 cars.

COTA has negotiated discounted room rates at Hyatt Place Austin Airport, Hilton Garden Inn Austin Airport and Residence Inn Austin Airport for rates ranging between $125-$129/night single or double occupancy.
